A CREDITLAND's representative will give you a detailed offer and consult you about the necessary documents that have to be provided. Once you supply some information and documents to us we should have a preliminary offer for you in about 2 days.

Foreign clients need to authorise, via a Power of Attorney, a person in Bulgaria who will represent them during the application process. This person will be in charge of signing a loan contract, signing the insurance policies, signing the property purchase documents in a notary office in Bulgaria and then deal with any subsequent loan servicing and administrative matters. In order to make the application process as simple as possible and to save its clients’ travel costs, CREDITLAND has authorised a qualified lawyer who may represent all company’s clients in Bulgaria.

In respect with the Power of Attorney, CREDITLAND's representative will prepare a Power of Attorney on a template, issued by the respective bank, and send it to you by e-mail. The document then needs to be signed by a solicitor in the borrower’s home country, legalised with an Apostil stamp and sent back to our office by mail.

After you collect all necessary original documents proving your creditworthiness you need to send them by mail to our office. The pack of documents will then be sent by express mail to Bulgaria where a CREDITLAND consultant will bring them to the bank. In order to avoid any delivery failure we advise you to make legal copies of all documents.

The bank will review the documents in two or three days after they are submitted, and will make a preliminary decision informing either the client or his/her authorised agent by e-mail.

In case the loan is approved, the client has to provide the rest of the documents to get a final approval
