Creditland signs new partnership deal for loans for foreigners

As a response to the increased interest among foreigners and foreign companies in using Creditland's services, the Company has expanded the opportunities for credit products for this specific customer segment. The Bulgarian Mortgage Broker signed an agreement with Raiffeisen Leasing Bulgaria for financial leasing for foreigners. In this way, Creditland's foreign customers will have one more option for obtaining a favorable specific-purpose or general loan for purchasing property in Bulgaria.

The number of Creditland has risen to 11 since October 2006. The new bank is SG Expressbank. In that way, Creditland again showed its determination to propose quality services to its clients, as it gives them the opportunity to choose among the services of maximum number of banks on the loan market.

Creditland took part in Real Estate Expo

Creditland took part in the annual expo for real estate properties Imoti Expo, which this year was held from 20 till 22 October in Inter Expo Center, Sofia.
During the days of the expo, everybody, who still faced problems with the orientation in the variety of credit offers could receive advice and adequate help, depending on his/her own needs from our professional credit consultants.

After the successful start of our Plovdiv’s office, our new credit consultants in Varna, Burgas, Vidin, Botevgrad, and Ruse are also ready to begin their work. We hope that by this we will make the access to the credit information and documents faster and easier, as well as to increase the quality of our services outside Sofia.

The new office of Creditland in Plovdiv began work on September 1, 2006. This is the first city, from which we intent to widen our network of credit consultants in the whole country. Our aim is to make our services more accessible for the clients that are not located in Sofia, with free-of-charge consultations in their own cities.
